I truly appreciate Dr. Taylor and his staff! The office is always clean and well-maintained—something that should be standard in any medical setting but, unfortunately, isn’t always the case. I’ve visited his office multiple times and have always been seen promptly, which I really appreciate. It’s refreshing to have a doctor who values patients’ time rather than overbooking appointments. Dr. Taylor provides excellent care, from thorough cleanings to painless fillings. I’ve already recommended him to others and will continue to do so. Generally I’ve had a very good experience visiting Dr. Taylor. He is attentive to my questions, and he can answer them quickly and thoroughly due to his experience in the field. Excellent knowledge! He’s good at checking for cavities, but I wish the cleanings and tech were a bit more in depth and regular appointments would include tooth polishing. He always asks upfront if there’s any discomfort with my teeth. He also addressed the tooth sensitivity issue I had in the past with no major occurrences since, as he’s taught me how to manage it. Dr. William Taylor is an amazing and transparent dentist. Not only did his office (great customer-service team) squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, but they also walked me through my out-of-cost expenses and made me feel at ease during my first dental visit today. He did an incredible job taking his time to explain all of the procedures that I would need done on my teeth. He eased my anxiety and made me feel like I was being treated with decency and humanity. I had a bad experience at another dental office that kept trying to upsell me and charged me for expenses that were already covered by my insurance. When I explained my prior experience with the other dental office, he immediately recognized that I was being scammed and forced to pay up front for services that his team was able to confirm with me within 5 minutes that my insurance would cover. I can't tell you how much I appreciate a dentist that takes their time with explanations and puts things in laymen terms for people like me who are not regularly seen by dental professionals. Thanks to Tasha for providing stellar customer service, the dental hygienist who was patient with me while she took several x-rays, and again to Dr. Taylor for enlightening me about my oral health and next steps to take to get back on a healthier track.

For as long as I can remember, there are two things that cause immediate and intense fear in my heart - the boogeyman, and the dentist! Finding myself in need of dental care, I followed the advice of credible references and enlisted the help of Dr. Taylor. I found myself at ease in the presence of his office manager, and Dr Taylor kept me abreast of the process every step of the way. My fear of the instruments was alleviated, as he told me what he was about to do, and he explained how I should prepare for the outcome. The pain that I experienced was minimal, and took less time than I expected. I was satisfied with the outcome of each visit (yes I actually returned more than once), and have no trepidations about the need for more visits. Dr Taylor has completely eradicated my fear of the dentist. Now, about that boogeyman . . .!

The staff was friendly. I appreciated the text reminder prior to my visit. I arrived early and they took me early. I find Dr Taylor very easy to speak with:kind, caring and straightforward. I loved that he cleaned my teeth himself and did so gently but effectively. After one of the other staff members took my X-rays, Dr Taylor came in again and pronounced me good to go. Unlike in other dental places there was no attempt to upsell me on needless procedures like teeth whitening, Invisalign, etc. Instead, this practice offers honest care that is needed by the patient. At another appointment I was impressed by Dr Taylor’s assessment of a difficulty I was having regarding a crown that had fallen off. He worked me in immediately and provided me with an excellent referral to an oral surgeon. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Taylor was my dentist from the early 2000s until very recently. I switched to another dentist only because the new dentist has longer office hours and is open 6 days a week, not because I was dissatisfied with Dr. Taylor. One month after switching, my IMPLANT CROWN (placed by Dr. Taylor in 2016) became loose and needed tightening. My CURRENT DENTIST was unable to help me because she does not have the implant manufacturer’s driver, which is needed to tighten the screw. Each implant manufacturer has their own tools. She suggested that I return to Dr. Taylor for the adjustment. I was reluctant to contact Dr. Taylor’s office. I feared that he would not agree to see me for switching to another dentist. However, that fear was unfounded. Dr. Taylor explained to me that there are 5 major implant manufacturers, and he has the adjustment tools for each. It took a few visits (e.g., the crown was sent to the lab for an access hole – easier for future adjustments), but the crown was finally adjusted. When Latarsha (the wonderful front desk person) told him that I would be paying out of pocket (my insurance could not be charged because he’s no longer my primary dentist), he waived his fee - even though it cost his office money, and of course his time. When I made the initial appointment, I was expecting to pay several hundred dollars. In the end, I paid nothing. Over the years, Dr. Taylor had performed several procedures, including several crowns, for me. He has never tried to sell me something I did not need. There are many complaints on Yelp that his cleanings are too quick and not thorough (Dr. Taylor does not employ a hygienist – he performs the cleanings himself). Perhaps he should slow it down a little and take his time. However, it seems that my NEW DENTIST was just as quick when she cleaned my teeth recent. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in several years and I was expecting it to take at least 30 minutes, but that did not happen. Therefore, unless your teeth are full of plaque, I don’t think the procedure necessarily needs to take a long time. My NEW DENTIST did floss my teeth and apply varnish, which should always be done at the end. I do not recall if Dr. Taylor includes these two steps, but you should feel free to ask. To sum up, Dr. Taylor is a VERY EXPERIENCED dentist with a PLEASANT BEDSIDE MANNER who looks out for his patients. Because of the way he and his staff treated me, I will be switching back to Dr. Taylor. I know that I can count on him in the event (God forbid) my implant crown needs adjusting in the future. I am also confident that he will provide the same OUTSTANDING service that he has in the past.

His assistant was warm and friendly and you can tell they actually care about their patients, not just their money! Prior to him, every dentist I went to was giving me a list of issues with my teeth that were just racking up bills on top of bills; I honestly didn’t know how I could ever afford to fix my teeth! It’s evident that he is not out to get rich off me or anyone for that matter; just wants to provide the most exceptional service, which he does.
